TRADER JACKS

Trader Jacks started as a restaurant in West Palm Beach, FL in mid 1980. It was a landmark that specialized in seafood, especially Blue Crabs. Customers traveled from miles away to eat their succulant Blue Crabs made with a unique recipe guarded by Trader Jack himself.

Yes there really is a Trader Jack, and his name is Jack Palumbo. Since opening his restaurant in West Palm Beach he has been in the consulting business, specializing in the food service industry.
